@@nathantrujillo1 I disagree. Ecclesiastes 3:2 here isn’t a platitude; it’s a foundational truth about life and death as God designed. When Ed read it at the start, he wasn’t just adding filler-it grounded the message in the reality that we all face mortality, opening the door to a deeper discussion on Heaven, Hell, and eternity.

@@derekgdonley Share the verse or verses that say that a person dies and wakes up immediately. Pastor Ed mentioned that but didn’t share the verses enforcing that thought. Plus, he tried to relate to a resurrection even tho he gave two different concepts.

@@nathantrujillo1 Here’s a few from the New Testament that touch on the immediacy of being with God after death: Luke 23:43 - “Jesus answered him, ‘Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise.’” Philippians 1:23 - “I am torn between the two: I desire to depart and be with Christ, which is better by far.” 2 Corinthians 5:8 - “We are confident, I say, and would prefer to be away from the body and at home with the Lord.”
