Excellent presentations and notable for unfortunate patients who are often informed in error of lack of seizure activity

Thank you very much sir... he has focal atrophy, why the EEG did'nt show focal slowing??

There was slowing in the right temporal-parietal region as highlighted.

My daughter is twelve now. She was diagnosed with POLYMICROGYRIA, grey matter Heterotopia, spastic cerebral palsy at four. This has truly been a challenge for me.

Can you please inform me your name the clink or hospital name and location. I find that you’re an extraordinary doctor I would like to bring my son to determine of he had seizures , because all the doctors here in Kuwait didn’t

Hallo sir, nice information /presentation. But vertex waves origin at para-frontal region is difficult to digest.
@EEGucation2 жыл бұрын
Vertex waves are most often located in the central or fronto-central region. You however can also find vertex waves with highest amplitudes in the frontal or even parietal distribution. The key is to recognize that these are symmetric, occur during sleep and often have a characteristic morphology. Having said this, I acknowledge that sometimes epileptiform discharges can mimic vertex waves and vice versa.
