Being pregnant in canada as a citizen is not even easy, its stressful because due to how we live here which differ from the environment we came from. For someone without documents getting pregnant in canada would definitely wouldn’t be in right state of mind. Especially being ignored or seeing things not right with the one who got you pregnant! Once you give birth in. Canada, your child is a Canadian irrespective of your status as visitor, student, refugee or permanent permanent holder. The Canadian Citizenship Act of 1946 states that anyone born in Canada has the right to automatic citizenship. The parents of the new Canadian-born child do not affect their citizenship status, whether they are Canadian citizens or not. Hence, your child will receive all benefits as any other Canadian.

People should really pay attention to the age calculation she made cos it’s crusial . You have to work certain amount of tax paying years to qualify for pension pay. Once you are over 50years it hard also to get a meaningful job. 😢😢😢

That's not correct. You cannot be discriminated against based on age. However, after a certain age, your pool may be limited, but make sure you maximise your skills.

My grandma got her final job before finally retiring at age 69 and she didn't struggle. She kept a positive mind. Meanwhile her compatriots of similar age who kept complaining were left behind. Our mind is the strongest tool we have. If we use it wisely, we'll see results.

A lot of the time, these applicants come in feeling already defeat, they are nervous and their answers are not coherent. We can only determine suitable applicants by their performance on the day of the interview, not by their age. When they get constructive feedback, they don't take it on board and complain about being discriminated against in one way or other. It's a complex situation, one that's not as simple as I'm past a certain age so I'm no longer valued. I will encourage everyone above a certain age to do extensive research before they embark on a job search. The world is changing fast, and the interview styles and competencies required may have changed. It's not because they don't have the knack but the ability to portray them when it matters.

Point of correction; once you give birth in canada your kid automatically become a citizen but not the parents unless you are working for foreign government here in canada. Regardless both parents are refugees the kid is canadian not yours 😂😂😂. Look it up at immigration canada
