36 years later and it still brings a tear to my eye, I was 15 when we won in 1986, and it hurts that this is still our last Premiership, hopefully that will change soon.

As a long time parra supporter i loved these days and i love this club. Every year i am positive we will win one again. I would like to give a big wrap to the halves sterlo and kenny are my absolute heroes and then you look at players like pricey, cronin, ella, guru, wynn, everyone on the same page makes for a premiership winning team . Half my family were bulldogs and we are Parramatta supporters woodville rd being the divider between Bulldogs and Parramatta supporters. The players now need to make there own history and ill be supporting them all the way . GO Parra for life .

Parramatta in those days were awesome to watch, the best era of the club. I loved the way Sterlo gave great praise to Paul Taylor, I loved the big heart and tackling prowess of such a small and lean man. After he left Parra he disappeared- I wonder what happened to him??? Anyway I am 57 and watched the Eels all my life let’s hope that the next time they win a premiership will be in my life time! Go Parra 👍👍

I was there at the grand final amazing team and amazing atmosphere. Unfortunately this was the end of a great era for the fans and the club, the only people we can blame for that is club management who have put their personal interest before the club and the fans. Today we have a bulldogs fan running the club amazing that shows how bad the joint is. While every club uses their greats our club is pushing them away to protect their position.

luv the NRL and have for 36 years. But it is not fair to the fans, players, sponsors and advertisers. Expecting fans to watch second rate games during origin is an insult. Then watch inconsequential games after that is disrespectful. The players are flogged all season then expected to perform perfect in the finals…We need a home and away competition. 1. Sydney conference 1. Domestic conference. No byes, no split rounds. Stop half way for origin for 1 month have a game every 9 days. Top 5 from each conference finals. Then internationals. Without viewers there is no NRL vote with your feet and eyes. Boycott the NRL during the split round and byes fiasco. We need to lower there revenue to make change 🏈
