You got this girl. I started working out because i lost my first sone and i wanted to be healthier so i coukd carry a pregnancy full term and have a baby. I didnt care much about my body i just wanted a child. I was 212 and i lost 56 pounds when i found out i was pregnant. I got the clear from my doctor to continue to workout. I gained only 14 pounds in my entire pregnancy and have a healthy 3 month old baby boy and the day he was born i lost 22. I now have a toral weight lost of 78 pounds and am thinner now after children then i have been my whole life. You can do whatever you set your mind to

I just started waiting this like 45 mins ago, and I’m almost in tears because of how they were before and then after. I’m so proud for everyone that accomplished their goal or even went over their goal. Me hearing that they feel sexy again, happy again, being their own hero gives me a feeling of being proud of them and their journey on this show.

I watched three hours back to back whilst waiting for my plane home to the UK from Atlanta Georgia. I have so much more respect for Khloe now and am inspired by what she is doing to help. Good on you Khloe.
