In the Donor Assumptions, it was not an assumption. It has a statment in the question.

it is said in the question that 'there are persons other than employees, volunteers and donors who are of interest to the organization so that a person need not to belong to any of these groups', by this statement I thought that there would be another entity in relation to the 'Person' which is 'Others', so that if a person is not an employee, not a donor and not a volunteer, he falls in the 'OTHERS' category. Was it a wrong assumption?

you are not marking the cardinality correctly. It should be Donor (1, M) -------- (0, 1) Item
