I just follow you guys but after this podcast i'm really proud of your presence on youtube! You really understand the point. The issue, in the current situation, but actually just before, is litteraly the "modern" medicine and the only solution is return in a natural and traditional state. A lot of time ago we had ippocrates in our western society wich founded the ancient greek medicine and he had the same point of view that have nowdays ayurvedic or chines medicine. The main point in all them is listen and rebalance the patient. This is everything. If doctors act like these people learn how to listen themselves, people learn what means rebalance the body, what taste the body have. It's not accidental that greek gave us gymnastic, indians yoga and chineses qiqong. It's only that doctors was enlightened in these society. Keep going on sharing these content guys, these is the right way!

Hi Eero and Samuli! Me too I got Covid-19 and had a fever for almost 10 nights and days: I didn't do mutch but lie in bed and on my couch. I came out of my quarantine last Saturday, so I didn't practice much of the courses I bought from you guys. I can relate quite well to what you say Eero about resistance to diseases. Me for my part, I way only 45 kg and when my female cousin came to bring me some ready meals and food supplies for during my illness, she told me that I didn't have much "reserve", but apparantly, one doesn't need that really. It's all about giving one's body what it needs at that moment being rest and being left alone. I literally slept for hours during day light hours and that was not the first time this year: during the month of July I was sick with zona, a kind of inflammation of the nervetissue under the skin. So I had to sleep a lot. That's what my body needed and still needs: a lot of rest and being freed from anxiety, something that has taken hold of my for a long time already. What I appreciated also very much in this video was that you talk about the stuff we stuff in our bodies, constantly and the relation with depression. During my life I tried to eat and live healthy, but I made many mistakes and took the wrong decisions, with catastrophic consequences for my body. Things I didn't realize at the time. Now I can see how much time I lost in learning how to relate to my body in a healthy way. A lot to reflect upon from the vid. So thank you very much for it.

Thank you for this podcast. In my opinion the main problem lies in the fact most people are not capable of 'feeling' or 'sensing' their own body anymore. We have been trained, raised and educated to rely on the wisdom of our mind instead of the wisdom of our body. There is no 'normal', nobody can decide what is normal, nobody can decide what anyone should eat, how to move. But most people do not want to take responsibility for themselves, including their bodies. Because of fear and the possibility to blame anyone else for their diseases and their not feeling good (if they can feel that) when they follow their regulations and so on, because they have been indoctrinated by so many 'scientists' and educators, because they need to be in 'control' of themselves and their bodies, because they are afraid of anything uncomfortable, up to death. Unless everybody takes responsibility for themselves, nothing will change. Hopefully your podcast, as well as your movement programmes, will help to take a step into a healthy direction.

Great comment, this is indeed the case: lack of internal compass. The body is constantly telling us what it needs and what’s wrong. If we listen, we can give the body exactly what it needs.

I'm glad you are recovered again. May be you are right with the traditional medicines, but what is still natural in our western society? Because of my age (73) I can't risk to get that epidemic disease, so I have to trust my doctor. I have been injected twice with Pfizer and I'm still healthy.

Very few things but the closer we are to the nature (and circadian rhythm etc), the better it will be. But obviously we need to make the best out of the situation we have

First of all - glad all of you are healthy, this is the most important thing. Second - 80% of people will have no symptoms. Third - it is important to start treatment as early as possible and not wait. What treatments ? There are quite a few options, both pharmaceutical and natural but the important point is to start early.

@@Vahvafitness That "you destroy the effectiveness of a substance if you keep using it every day."
@Vahvafitness
@Vahvafitness 3 жыл бұрын
@@TRUEiMPROrecords this is called “tolerance” and it’s common with pretty much everything from hard drugs to food (food is basically a mild “drug” to the body). It’s easiest to see with stronger substances like coffee or alcohol: the more you drink, the more you need to drink to get the desired effect (over time). The drink continues the get less effective every day while the negative side-effects continue to increase. While tolerance grows, so does dependence. Almost all substances work in a similar curve, it’s just harder to feel the effects first hand

It's also the same with sugar, I mean added sugar, not natural sugar. The more you take sugar, the more your body wants it...

How nice to disregard the advances of modern medicine in the comfort of a western civilzation home. I guess you will opt for natural in the case of an (god forbid) accident, a good meditation will surely do better than surgery. You surely know better than scientists and professionals who devoted all theor careers to studying health and disease.
