I have a supposedly silly question: can we generated a square wave signal NOT using sine waves composition? Any electronic wave form generator outputting the square wave form actually gives a composition of the sine waves, right? Is it possible to change the concept and output a pure square wave NOT composed of the sine wave harmonics?
