Considering the insecurity in the south east, nobody should charge the man for self defense. A lot of persons I know who were abducted initially thought the kidnappers were security agents as they were in police uniforms and apparels. If those efcc guys had abducted the man and it turns into a kidnap, the same efcc will come out and declare that they were not their staff. It has happened severally.

Seriously with the security situation they operate as criminals Wondering why the man was only able to kill one. When DSS raided even the likes of Rochas Okorocha's house was nothing like criminal invasion and if we had police or army they would habe faced fun duel because they operated as criminals. This is the same people many pass through. Had in my former house have police deep night coming to break doors as criminals looking for people who smoke weed and we thought they were criminals.
