Malena is right, his delivery might be harsh but he's telling the truth. As a member of any party, you should always choose and defend your people if the intentions are pure on serving them. I'm sorry there are positions that require you to be vocal and active in certain situations and this was one of them. Sometimes silence can be very loud. The definition of a dictator is easy to understand but maybe you need explanation as to why we say Malema is a dictator.
