Some viewers are turned off because Michael is authentic. It's one of the reasons I keep watching. Authenticity on youtube is rare
@iambored9872Күн бұрын
Authentic? Like when he dismissed Nvidia long-term investors, but pumps Bitcoin because "It goes up", makes it difficult to take him seriously.

Eff you money IS a mindset. i NEVER felt like i had to put up with anyone. i was a good worker and i knew i could leave at any point and did so a few times with even the slightest injustice or annoyance i'd quit on the spot and tell them exactly what i thought. never beholden to anyone.

Can someone educate me. I don't understand the references to sprinkler service bills. I live in a part of Canada where our weather isn't significantly different from what Micheal has in NY. Nobody here has landscape sprinklers. Our lawns get watered when it rains. I can't understand why Michael & Ben, living as they do on Long Island and Traverse City, have sprinklers.

25:00 The "Frothy" question 🤣. There was only maybe one time I felt a this year you guys had a frothy conversation and it was when Batnick said he shifted $40K into the fun trading account. You guys are definitely up there as one of the most balanced in debating bull/bear cases out there, this guy was unfair.

1:05:30 No Ben. Blockchain wasn't discussed in the 80's as you claim. The technology wasn't invented until 2008 and then only started getting more widely discussed until three or four years later.

28:25 This is just a classic regression to the mean. People feel bullish when stock is doing exceptionally well (backwards looking), which means they are more likely to underperform since the expectations are already so high. Same for bearish, but reversed.

To properly rationalize middle age, we need to adjust the starting point. So, we should agree that life begins at eighteen. Now we can calculate a middle age of about forty-five, rather than thirty-five or so. No one wants to think life is half over in the mid thirties.

It has to be the dumbest thing to say who cares about energy at 3% weighting when it's one of the most important input costs to literally everything. If people don't need energy, it means machines aren't running and things aren't being produced because demand is down.
