Do you think each person has their limits before getting sick or lethargy in muscles? I moved from Portland 300 feet to San Jose, Costa Rica and adjusted just fine. However, currently I'm in Guatemala City at 4500 feet but I'm certainly higher given the floor I'm on. Neither here nor there I'm experiencing more of a head cold and after walking more than 4 km I tend to not sleep as well the next night and some flair ups with carpal tunnel. 65 days in Costa Rica and only 8 days at sea level. Maybe it's the higher temperature too. It just sucks to wake up after only 4.5 hours of sleep and nasal blockage or pain. Maybe I just need to move to Thailand or Taiwan where everything was easier.
