I need to have a constant weak socket connection in my app with server, that do just ping and pong, i do not want to use fcm. is this posibble?

Background processes are like viruses that run without user consent...kill -9 backgroundprocess #StopBackGroundTasks on android..

It is not so simply, there are usecases when I really prefer background task over battery consumption, like Sleep Tracker Apps.
