But do you know, which core issues contribute to our poor communication skills, being a Pakistani?? - Language barrier, especially in English-speaking environments. - Lack of knowledge stemming from limited exposure to books and life experiences. - Cultural barrier-growing up, we haven't been listened to attentively and haven't been given opportunities to participate in critical discussions. - Education system focusing solely on academics without fostering a culture of group discussions to debate and express individual perspectives. - Lack of proper mentoring from parents, teachers, or company bosses.
