I can't believe my eyes! You have GRANTED MY WISH! I absolutely love it. I have now saved this in my Pilates' favorite Playlist. Ps: I repeated last week's 7 day workout. But I'll be including this hamstring on leg days. #gluttonforpunishment

@AtlantisFitnessandPilates I tried the first part of the exercise WITHOUT springs. I found that easy. The HIP BRIDGE SINGLE LEG was humbling. I did need to use 1 red spring for that. I was only able to do 4 reps on the right leg and 6 on the left leg. Can't wait to do it again. You make it look so easy, master Reed. Looking forward for more.

Thank you for your video. I couldn't really do single leg bridge glides maybe just 2, 3 reps. I guess i need to work more on my hamsters
