Sitz bath are compulsory… it gives lot of relief while you are working on your constipation and all long term issues . Always take salad at first, or eat fruits. 3-4 litres water ARSHKALP VATI (or) Kaya Kalpvati two Tablets empty stomach in morning and evening. Also you can take ABHYARISTH(A.F.I) 4spoons post food. He even said to drink Cow's cold milk with few drops of Lemon and if you can drink Bottleguard juice that is also fine. On Left hand side, he asked to press for 2minutes in a day.
