What you call astral projection, most understand as" controlled dreaming". You don't actually leave your body, you've just been concentrating on the idea of it so strongly that your subconscious plays you a little movie so you can stop working it to the limits. Not to be all negative Nelly , just find it odd y'all think you can leave your body ..lol It's simply just you dreaming honey..we all do it some more than others. Some more vivid than others. Here's a test for ya. For the next month every night before you sleep meditate on flying through the sky...see how long it takes before you have dreams of flying like a bird. .. These little psychological scams are almost as bad as the ones who pretend to see dead people..lol But hey some people believe in Santa clause some know that it's just deceitful parents and family trying to control their behaviour with ideas/superstition. Or the protesting add-on because it always drags toxic looters behind with it. I realized that kind of stuff such as lucid dreams has nothing to do with a wish coming from the ego, wanting it because you think it'll be really cool, it's more like if you're truly prepared for that experienc and only the universe knows that. Ok. I am an 11:11er. I was lucid dreaming... listening to this. I fell asleep with gum I began to choke on gum at 3:33! I was awakened! I made a cup of coffee and marveled at the 3:33 timing. This happens to me a lot. Things happening at the angel times. I went outside to reflect on message “take care of yourself.” I walked a bit further and turned to my left. A shooting Star! They are helping us.

i didnt believe in lucid dreaming until i started listening to binaural beats. this one, however, was the most potent one yet. i could control everything. i walked my dog in my old house i grew up in, talked to my neighbors, and even made a burger (something ive been wanting to eat for months). it might not seem like much, but to me it was everything. i did more, but those were the events that stuck w me. this was amazing, thank you so much

I would like to recommend something with this type of audio, I often find that if I wake up 3 - 4 hours before I usually do briefly, I throw my headset and get one of these videos booted up, and play it at a semi-quiet volume. Almost every time I've done this I get sent into a mostly lucid state of dreaming.

Worked well for me! I wasn't able to control it properly though - I tried to fly to the ocean but couldn't see and just floated around, not flying... Normally these things don’t work. I’ve tried many and pretty much gave up. This one however worked well. Even head a very lucid dream of flying. Very much aware I was sleeping and just the thought next thing you know lifting of the ground and flying. Definitely saving this one to play list. Subscribe to your channel as well. I have dreams of me walking around cities inside of underground buildings. Many parties and lots of war. These dreams are so vivid and strange. If I wake up to pee and fall right back asleep I can usually pick up where I left off.

I have similar dreams. I call them “movie dreams”. They’re almost cinematic. I can do things, like my own stunts. I too fall back into my dreams if I awaken to drink or use the loo. Also, I dream in Spanish a lot. It’s my second language. However, I’ve spoken other languages in my dreams that I don’t speak fluently. Lastly, I have Sickle Cell Disease which is chronic and painful. There are some nights, I dream when I’m pain free and able to do things I normally couldn’t. That is such an amazing feeling of freedom. However, I’ve also besen dreaming about being in excruciating pain. Sometimes, in my dream I’ll take something and the pain fades. Sometimes it doesn’t work and I’ll try to remain asleep as long as possible because I know when I awaken, the pain is going to be real and very bad.

I once had a dream. It did not feel like a dream. I astro projected out of my body and felt like i was being pulled up towards the ceiling through the roof. And it kept pulling me up towards the sky, but it felt very calm. I was being pull further up until it was nothing but silence, calm, warmth and peacefully flying through space into the dark but beautifully space. It felt like my breath stop but i was still breathing. So calm and dark but brighten by the stars. The light of the stars guided me into some kind of a vacuum that suck me in. Then i woke up in another place but if felt like ive been there before. I saw these 2 beings. Very beautiful beings, with white skin and long blonde hair. Very nice beings. They look like humans but they was not. They was talking in a language that i have never heard before but i understood everything they was saying and i even spoken to them in it. But i dont remember what they said to me. Only thing i remember is telling them how beautiful and pretty they were. Then after that i felt my body waking up. And i was sucked by through the vacuum back through space and towards earth, pulled back down from the sky and landed into my body in a split second. I can never forget that dream and have tried to astro project again but havent done it since then. Hopefully this video can help me get into a deep state and see if i can go back. Have anyone had a dream like this before?

Listening to this kind of uplifting music, truly helps my time flow more slowly. I have colleagues from very young to older all griping same thing, year in, year out; that the weekend went by too fast. Usually, I do not get a sense that the weekend went by too fast. It went by at the right normal pace. And yes, I know this should be applicable the other way around if you happen to work weekends! (I've been there!)

The art work is absolutely beautiful. Reminds me of a place I used to go to before I went to sleep. I lived in a little cottage community & worked as an astronomer in the large towers. Definitely a good clean place with no worries. I had a short white picket fence & when I looked into the sky there was this lovely Jupiter type planet in the sky. I had only close loving friends.

I can sleep as long as this music plays (I loop it). I used to only sleep 2 hours at a time. If I let myself with this music, I can sleep 10-14 hours. My doggies too. Of course quick potty breaks. There was a point where it felt as if I left my body and I was a floating orb moving around freely in my room. I couldn't move past my room, but I guess this is a good start. I became this orb at my most relaxed state when I let the music just flow into me. Also during this relaxed state I felt as if I was laying down on soft grass underneath a tree with shade. I very rarely tell this story as it still gives me a chill. A soft breeze is blowing in my window...is it the cold air or my nerves that I feel running down my neck? But I guess now is as good a time to share as I'm going to get. And although it's been many years it has continued to define me as a person. Back in the winter of 86 my brother and I were out gathering fire wood in the scrub land behind our cabin. It was located a few miles outside of Tongass National Park in Alaska. Not a lot is ever spoken about the strange sightings and goings on in Alaska. A lot of land and a whole bunch of unexplained goings on. Tongass is known as the site of several pyramid structures which many have speculated were built long before Alaska was in the frozen zone. We wintered there for 3 years as the hunting was great and although we were only in our late teens our family allowed us to stay there for a few months alone. We were strapping lads..used to adverse conditions and very rarely spooked by anything. On this particular day we were just heading back when we heard a loud howl. I coudn't tell how far ...and if you've ever been deep in he woods you'll know it's hard to even pinpoint a direction. Sounds tend to surround you in the forest ...They confuse and change. it was highpitched and sounded like no other animal we had come across in our daily trips into the woods. A haunted strangled cry it seemed to hang in the air. I felt it bleed into me. It stopped as abruptly as it started and as boys do we just dismissed it and went back to gathering wood. Our day passed uneventfuly and we settled down to our evening meal. That night as we sat by the fire we heard it again. Louder..fiercer...I might even suggest angry. It rattled around the house rattling the windows. The sound seemed to be a physical manifestation of whatever was making it. It felt like it had substance. It moved around and stopped dead. this time it sounded like it was just outside the cabin door. It fell silent. I had helped build that cabin as a child..as much as a kid can help with these things. The cabin was sturdy ..we had no fears concerning our safety but I think we both at that moment felt our blood chill to ice. We looked at each other and with no words passing between us we both picked up our rifles and headed outside. About 20 or so feet away we saw the damndest thing... The only way I can describe is a centaur...sounds crazy but that's the best thing we came up with. As it turned to us I froze like I had been turned to stone....I have never felt anything like it before or after. It was tall...around 7 foot and had what appeared to be a furry torso and the legs of a horse or goat...definitely not human. It had a bald head but appeared to have a beard or hair on its face. It was not pretty...human like insofar as it had a face but not human enough. I do recall being horrified at it's features but now years later I would struggle to recollect why. Its arms were unnaturally short...kind of stunted but with large rough hands which appeared too big in relation to the shrivelled limbs. It was muscular though...powerful enough to run at a frenetic speed when we raised our weapons. It appeared to sense the danger and leapt off. Instict took over... We shot twice..missed twice..and it ran off at great speed. Next morning as the sun came up we found prints around the cabin and small wooden crosses. The weak winter sun had melted most of the tracks away but one thing I know..they were not human. The crosses are in my families possession in Alaska now. Its at least 5 years since I've seen them...from my recollection there are at least 6 of them...All wooden..All crude...basically twigs or small wooden pieces bound by grasses or thinner twigs.. But definitely crosses of some type. We stopped going to the cabin as often after that winter and rarely spoke about it to each other. Encounters like this either bring us closer or force us apart. We remained close thankthankully however our relationship was altered at a level people can't understand. My brother wrote an account of this story which he tried to publish...However the local papers claimed he had fabricated a lot of it. I wasn't aware as I had moved out of the area. The negative response drove him crazy and henceforth he never spoke of it again. It changed him. It changed us both. Years later he returned to the cabin alone and would not talk at all about the time he spend there. Piecing things together I know he had seen things. Hid eyes remained haunted. I can only imagine the horrors. He did have a small collection of the wooden crosses which he left to me and the family as I say. I have now posted a photo of one of the crosses in the comments below. I'm glad to see this thread is being picked up as I have updates. A month ago I went back after giving it serious thought. I chose a particularly interesting time as my cousin who still lives locally advised me he was going into that same wood for a hunting trip. He expected to be gone over the weekend and invited me along...joking with me as he had read this thread. He is about as sceptical a person as you can meet..but after a trip that lasted 6 days instead of 2 he is now convinced that something inhuman and monstrous abides beneath those lonesome tree boughs. I'll fill you in when in when I have more time. Rest assured it has confirmed every horrible thought I've had these long years. And convinced me more than ever that every dark corner of the night may just hold your worst nightmare. Our trip began simply enough. We headed out ...fully stocked and supplied for 2 days... and being the cautious type I packed an extra days water and rations. Anyone whos ever been lost .. even for an hour in the woods knows too well the feeling of crushing desperation that creeps up on you. Before you know it you've convinced yourself there's no way out and panic sets in. I wasn't about to let that happen. We set up camp I would guess about 10 to 12 miles from the cabin. My cousin although not a believer wasn't about to tempt fate so he made sure our camp was well away from any 'hot spots '. He need not have worried...it ( whatever it is ) soon found us.... and let us both in no doubts about it's presence. The first day passed without much of note.. we followed the trail of Caribou down stream and eventually found our quarry on the bank of a small stream. The first night passed without incident. The morning did not.... We awoke early...first light and gathered our gear after a basic but hearty breakfast. As we set out I had the strange sensation we were being watched but put it to the back of my mind. I was in no mood to draw attention to my overactive imagination and nodded and 'yupped' as my cousin droned on about somne sport I could have cared less about. After an hour or so of hiking we stopped for a breather and this time I couldn't ignore the hairs twitching below the muffler around my neck. I do not believe in esp or such things but I do believe we have a survival instinct hardwired into us. Maybe not a 6th sense but a primitive alarm bell. We sat drinking coffee. In the far distance I saw a movement in the bush. Nothing dramatic..nothing terribly unusual just a slight flurry of movement. Our quarry perhaps. My cousin spotted it too and pressed his finger to his lip...slipped the rifle onto his shoulder and very slowly stood up. The movement became more noticeable...tree branches cracked underfoot and a shadow disappeared into the undergrowth. I know now that whatever had scared the life out of my brother and I all that time ago was back ....but what I did not know as I do now was why... and how we were connected. My cousin is an expert tracker and motioned with a wave of his hand that should sweep to the left and try to get behind whatever we saw. From ahead I spotted a disturbance...a slight rustling in the wind. Like a shadowy blur it appeared and disappeared just as quickly. Darkness was its friend.

It’s definitely been a minute since I found a good audio to make me lucid dream but last night I definitely had A very interesting lucid dream and what’s so crazy is that I haven’t been able to recall my dreams for a few weeks now but last night as soon as I woke up this morning I could vividly recall each and almost every detail of the dream and I was able to receive and decipher a lot of symbolic messages in that same dream (literally just in time for the new moon in Cancer which was today) so I would definitely recommend this video for sure. I didn’t listen to it with headphones last night I just had it plugged in on high volume on my phone so tonight I’m definitely going to try it with the headphones to see if I can go into a even deeper lucid dream. 10/10 😊
