Effective way of removing Oil & Grease from wastewater

Oil is a big issue in wastewater. How to tackle oily waste and how to remove from wastewater. Oil and grease require good treatment and regular one for its treatment.
This video oil in water is explained in detail with going to basic like how oil is separated , oil property , oil behaviour with water. There are many methods like OGT, oil skimmer, DAF, etc there to remove oil. But if we take proper oil unit before biological then it can be done.

can you help me to explain does every grease oil fat wastewater treatment produce more water in output?

@@WATERCAMPUS99 so my company waste produce FOG with effluent around 80-100m3 but the output is 150-200m3 even the clean water to make the chemical only 3-5m3

Removed oil is collected , taken out and discarded as solid

Sry i missed your response. Not in hazardous waste, it can be thrown or discarded safely like we discard sludge
