How to you recharge the batteries?? Do you rely on electricity to charge them?? Sorry about your windshield. That happened to me once driving down the interstate it's very scary you can't see where you're going you're lucky didn't cause an accident. Take care David. Love ya brother ❤️

Currently I have to recharge using the power here at the house. I plan to invest in a proper solar array and a gas generator both soon. But as you know everything relies off finances. So im slowly building my system. And that incident with the windshield scared the heck out of me. I cannot say anything more than it was a Jesus take the wheel situation. I still cannot believe I was going 70mph and didnt wreck. Thank God for that.

So what you refer to as fantom draw, is actually idol consumption, the power the unit uses to run, which i calculated using your numbers to be 54.33w per hr, is that good?, well not so much. Just for reference, my portable solar genny, 3000w continuous low frequency unit is 13w idol, so 13w x 57hrs is only 741w. So you and others can recognize just how important idol consumption really is!

@@dustydawson8977 I recognize that your 3K inverter that yours has in it is more efficient than the 4k inverter I have in my system. I will always say that the one major downside of my Oupes system is that the Phantom draw is too large. Which is it truly phantom draw/idol consumption (Potato/Potato) anywhow since both of these test were done with some level of continual AC draw. So there was no idling going on. So i guess its more a matter of how much power it takes for my 25% larger than yours to run. Sure its costing me more than an extra 25% per hour in loss. But if your happy with yours. Great. Because I know im happy with mine.

@1LegNomad So you seem to have understood what I was eluding to somewhat. Yes I'm more than satisfied with my unit, high quality, low frequency Is as good as you can get, US based company, and excellent customer service from what I've seen, I've never had a problem, but it is nice to know if I do need them, there not in China. I do wish however that they would give me stuff for free, all mine I did pay for, and I actually have 2 Identical units. As far as 25% larger, it usually takes 50% larger in high frequency units to equal low frequency units, but facts aren't the issue here, as long as your happy😀 that's all that matters

@@dustydawson8977 im reading between the lines with your statement that you paid for yours to be a reference to where you know that I was awarded my expansion battery through the Oupes helps program. Which is a program where Oupes donates 5% of there monthly sales to someone they feel is of need. Or that matches there values. I paid for my main unit. And they chose to award me the expansion battery because they said they felt me being a service connected veteran who is also an amputee in recovery. But even with all the medical and financial shortcomings im dealing with the fact that I’ve dedicated myself to working on building out a van to live in full time while traveling the country volunteering as a motivational speaker all around anywhere positive that requests. Thus yes the Oupes company may be from China as you pointed out several times. And yours is from the US. But what kind of percentage of there sales do they donate to the less fortunate? But like you said facts dont matter. As long as your happy. Thats all that matters.
