I saw you guys walk past Fata Morgana on the Friday morning, the channel was advertised on your jacket so thought I'd have a look. Great vlog, lovely to watch after our own amazing trip that week.

Thanks for your kind words! I'm glad that someone is noticing my jacket 😂 Efteling is a wonderful place and I'm looking forward to going back whenever we get back!

It is a beautiful park and somewhere we always love visiting. We were disappointed the find Python wasn't open when we arrived (we'd seen that the others were closed) but it's a good excuse to return sooner than we normally would

Yeah we were the same with Python, but when we went last year, Baron was closed and we really wanted to have a go on that! Ticked them all off now :)

My daughter wanted Python to be her first looping coaster (just reached 1.34m) but had to settle for Baron, not a bad alternative 😁

Absolutely! Baron is excellent if a little short! But Python is also lovely too, forceful yet so smooth too! It's retrack did wonders for it

What I love about Efteling is that is a plus sized friendly theme park unlike the UK ones

It's a great park for a lot of different reasons! It's accomodating to many body types, different diets and disabilities and UK parks could learn a lot from the way European parks are run :) Thanks for your comment too!

@@loopslapbars I agree and that’s why I haven’t been back to a lot of the uk theme parks as they’re not catering for all. I can’t wait to go back out to Efteling for the opening of Danse Macabre. My friend lives in Venlo so it’s an hour drive to the park

I'm looking forward to Danse Macabre too, a fun looking ride with that Efteling flair should go down a treat! Have you been to Toverland too? It's about an hour away and offers a few more thrills

We haven't had any issues there with size and it's a really good park, not quite Eftelings standard but it's thrill rides are more thrilling, their Pizzas are lovely too!

I have the feeling it's more a Fairytale forest (Sprookjes Bos) instead of a storybook village (sprookjesboek dorp).

You went in a wrong period. Half of the park is closed or in maintenance

There was a lot of the bigger coasters and water rides closed but it was all well advertised on their site, were happy with ride offerings :) Python going down a few days before we visited was a bit disappointing but we did it last year and it means an excuse to go back 😃

@@loopslapbars but still not ok. I reccomend the summer efteling. The park wil be open till 22:00(extra hours yeaaah) and everything will be up en running :)
