ಮೊಟ್ಟೆ ಬಿರಿಯಾನಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಬೇಕಾಗಿರುವ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳು :
Basumathi Rice 1/2 Kg / ಬಾಸುಮತಿ ಅಕ್ಕಿ 1/2 ಕೆಜಿ
Boiled Eggs 6 / ಬೇಯಿಸಿದ ಮೊಟ್ಟೆ 6
Chopped onion 4 / ಸಣ್ಣಗೆ ಕತ್ತರಿಸಿದ ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ 4
Chopped tomato 2 / ಸಣ್ಣಗೆ ಕತ್ತರಿಸಿದ ಟೊಮೆಟೊ 2
Cooking oil 50 Ml / ಅಡುಗೆ ಎಣ್ಣೆ 50 ಎಂಎಲ್ ನಷ್ಟು
Red chilli 1 tbsp / ಕೆಂಪು ಮೆಣಸಿನ ಖಾರದ ಪುಡಿ ಟೇಬಲ್ ಚಮಚ
Coriander powder 1 tbsp / ದನಿಯಾ ಪುಡಿ ಒಂದು ಟೇಬಲ್ ಚಮಚ
Garam Masala 1 tsp / ಗರಂ ಮಸಾಲಾ ಒಂದು ಟೀ ಚಮಚ
Turmeric powder little / ಅರಿಶಿಣದ ಪುಡಿ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ
Lemon juice 1 tbsp / ನಿಂಬೆ ಹಣ್ಣಿನ ರಸ ಒಂದು ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸ್ಪೂನ್ನಷ್ಟು
Ghee 2 tbsp / ತುಪ್ಪ ಎರಡು ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸ್ಪೂನ್ ನಷ್ಟು
Curd 2 tbsp / ಮೊಸರು ಎರಡು ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸ್ಪೂನ್ನಷ್ಟು
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp / ಶುಂಠಿ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಳ್ಳುಳ್ಳಿ ಪೇಸ್ಟ್ 2 ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸ್ಪೂನ್ನಷ್ಟು
Somp seeds 1 tsp / ಸೋಂಪು ಕಾಳು ಒಂದು ಟೀ ಸ್ಪೂನ್ನಷ್ಟು
Kasuri Methi little / ಕಸೂರಿ ಮೆಂತ್ಯ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ
Mint leaves little / ಪುದೀನ ಸೊಪ್ಪು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ
Coriander leaves little / ಕೊತ್ತಂಬರಿ ಸೊಪ್ಪು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ
chilli 4 / ಹಸಿ ಮೆಣಸಿನ ಕಾಯಿ 4
Turmeric powder 1 tsp / ಅರಿಶಿಣದ ಪುಡಿ ಟೀ ಸ್ಪೂನ್ನಷ್ಟು

Salt 1 tbsp / ಉಪ್ಪು ಒಂದು ಟೀ ಸ್ಪೂನ್ನಷ್ಟು
Cloves 4 / ಲವಂಗ ನಾಲ್ಕು
Cinnamon 2 inch / ಚಕ್ಕೆ ಎರಡು ಚೂರುಗಳು
Elaichi 4 / ಏಲಕ್ಕಿ ಕಾಯಿ ನಾಲ್ಕು
Star masala 2 / ನಕ್ಷತ್ರ ಹೂವು ಎರಡು
Pulov Leaf 1 / ಪಲಾವ್ ಎಲೆ ಒಂದು
Salt to taste / ಉಪ್ಪು ರುಚಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಷ್ಟು
