Basmati rice 1 cup (250gm)
Eggs 4
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Chilly powder 1/2 tsp
Oil
To make Biryani gravy
Onion 2 finely chopped
Tomato 2 chopped
Fry onion 1
Oil 2 tbsp
Bay leaf 1
Cloves 4
Black pepper 4
Cinnamon
Black cardamom 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Chilly powder 1 tsp
Biryani masala 1/2 tsp
Curd 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves
