Chopped Onions- 150 grams
Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Fried Onions - 2 Cups
Shahjeera - 1 tsp
Cloves - 5
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Cardamom - 5
Black Cardamom - 2
Mace - 1 Flower
Kapok Bud - 1
Bay leaves - 4
Tomatoes - 150 grams
Curd - 150 ml
Oil- 4 tsp
Green chilly paste - 2 tsp
Mint leaves - 1 Cup
Coriander leaves - 1 Cup
Turmeric -1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala -1 tsp
Biryani masala - 2 tbsp
Ghee - 2 tsp
Water - 5 glasses
