I was trying to make a biryani with less oil for long but it never tasted good Now I tried your recipe and I have to say I prepare biryani for 4 people with just 2.5 tbsp oil. [I make fried onions in oven with just a few drops of oil ] And the best part is everybody loves it .I make this biryani every sunday .My family likes your biryani more than the biryani from restaurants..I cant thank you enough!

after watching almost 5 videos of making egg biriyani..this is the best nd well said video with exact timings . i tried soya pulao and it tasted yummm.... i m going to try this... please keep posting more videos.. nd yes the vessel u used to cook loved that too... love ur videos... 😘

Enjoyed watching your video. Thanks. I have a basic question, looks like you didn't add hing. Why? What taste/ flavour does hing bring to any recipe? When to and when not to add hing? Also give some examples of recipes which use and do not use hing. Thanks.

Thank you for watching the video Santosh.. Hing is usually added in dal(lentil) recipes or for tempering the chutneys and some pickles.it prevents us from 'gas'.improves digestion. gives the recipe a nice flavor which cannot be explained or compared.it also has some medicinal values.a pinch or hardly 2 pinches would be enough for any dish.adding more than that may spoil the taste of the dish. I never saw using it in non-vegetarian recipes. it can be used in cooking Sambar,dal and in some vegetarian curries(which contains no garam masala) and chutneys. :-)

just skip that .....that doesn't make any big difference.....try using mace or biryani flower(black stone flower) instead if possible.
