egg fried rice

This is how I cook my egg fried rice.
Ingredients are as follows in order of appearance:
Cooking oil
Raw cashews
chopped garlic and french shallots
chopped chicken breast or thighs
Day old rice washed before cooking and stored in the refrigerator.
seasoning salt and black pepper
3 eggs
soy sauce
sesame oil
green beans
garnish with spring onions
