Recipe
1. Chop garlic and cut onion and paprika into appropriate sizes.
2. Add oil and stir-fry onion, add garlic, and stir-fry paprika.
3. Add a spoonful of curry powder and stir-fry.
4. Add pepper, herb seasoning (optional), 300g tomato spaghetti sauce.
5. Add half a cup of water and stir-fry it.
6. When it starts to boil, add mozzarella cheese (as you pleases) and three eggs.
7. Close the lid and boil until the egg yolk surface is covered with white.
8. Sprinkle with parsley.
9. Eat with bread or baguette.
