I stayed up until 3 am this morning, too. I didn't want to wake up to any surprises again--it's better to know one way or the other I believe. I didn't drink any coffee, though! Good for you, always cooking for yourself. When I was single, I lived on cheese toast because I wasn't motivated to cook good meals just for myself.

Yes, I make omelets. I put green peppers, lots of onions, ham, and cheese----like you did (except for the ham), and sometimes mushrooms, but I've never put garlic. So good!

I’ve been making more omelets since I’ve been watching you make them. And I’m doing them the same way you cook them. So delicious. Thank you for your videos Miss Brenda.💕💕💕I love cottage cheese. I like it with fruit too. My favorite fruit now with it, is sliced banana. I also like to help dress salads with it or put it in noodles or any pasta. I have been making a cheese spaghetti for some years. I learned a recipe to make a single serving of it, making the sauce with tomato juice and fresh tomatoes cooked down to a thicker sauce. Of course Italian spices and garlic and pepper. Then put it over cooked spaghetti noodles and layer several kinds of cheese on top. I use cottage cheese, cheddar and/or mozzarella and Parmesan. It’s delicious. I also put cottage cheese on say.. hamburger stew with Parmesan cheese.

Yes Brenda I love western omelettes and they have green peppers, onions and ham in them and I always used to get them when I went out for breakfast and I’ve made them at home at home. They’re not as pretty as when I go out but that’s OK. It still taste good. And yes, I knew that was a garlic press. I actually have one and they are pretty neat to use but half the time I forget that I have it and I use it and I use a knife for something to cut it up the way I want it lol

We are 75 degrees in Upstate NY today. This is amazing 3 years ago it was snowing here . This is rare but we are enjoying it. I was canning yesterday. Made spagetti sauce. Your cookingbis so inspiring to me. My hubby loves omlets so he cooks them. I cut up all the fixings and he cooks it.

I make omelets all the time. Cut ham ,green pepper, onion, (all frozen)and mushrooms small. I heat them in the microwave. Beat 3 eggs till fluffy, put grated cheese on half, add veggies and ham and fold over. Love watching your videos.

Hi Brenda❤ you don’t have to peel the paper off the clove of garlic. When you press it somehow it leaves the paper behind and you can just pluck it out.

Brenda, just before you take it out of the pan, add a tablespoon of water to the pan, put on the lid on tight for 30 seconds to one minute. The steam will cause the omelet to puff up, ensure the rest of the egg cooks, the cheese will melt. It will be the finishing touch. Please try this. I think you will be delighted. Yours is a very yummy omelette. Try that little blast of steam at the end and you will be very happy. Your friend, Susie
