Anda Roll / Egg roll recipe
Hello Everyone!
We are back with a new recipe of Anda Roll. Egg Roll recipe is probably the most popular street food in the eastern terai of Nepal and India. Egg rolls are made with a flat bread stuffed with seasonal vegetables, meat and dressing. It is sold at the food stalls in the evening and people love it. Anda rolls are easy to make and delicious to eat.

Here is the complete list of the ingredients:
For the Flat Bread:
250 gm flour (maida)
125 gm flour (atta)
½ tsp salt
1½ tsp cooking oil
water as necessary
Add one egg per bread while frying
Oil for frying the parathas
For stuffing:
2 medium sized onions
1 medium sized cucumber
1 medium sized capsicum
a pnch of chhat masala
a pinch of salt
finely chopped green chili
1 tbsp mayonnaise per roll
1 tbsp ketchup per roll
Aluminum foil for packing
