It is easy sis especially when you use ready made flour. Ur achi also have to be seasoned.

I tried to make some today but Sis Siva can I ask you why when I put the hot mould into the batter it kind of get cooked in the batter and the batter has like an uncooked achumuruku and only a little batter sticks to the mould, I see that you dip the hot mould straight into the batter but when I do that the achumuruku forms into the batter

It can be many reasons sister. Firstly ur achi must be very hot. Soak it in hot oil longer time. Sometimes the box coconut milk can make a difference last time i tried using box santan but when i try this year it sticks to the mould so i used fresh santan instead. Can be many reasons sis
