Eggless Double Chocolate Loaf Cake | Dense Dark Chocolate Cake | No Egg Chocolate Banana Cake

Is there any such thing as too much chocolate? Not in my kitchen, definitely and this Dark Chocolate Loaf Cake is a really good example of that. This Dark Chocolate Loaf Cake is only for the serious chocolate fans because it's made with loads of delicious dark chocolate! And it's even better with my homemade chocolate sauce

For the loaf
* 1+1/2 cups all-purpose flour (maida)
* ¾ cup cocoa powder
* ½ teaspoon baking soda
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 4 bananas
* ¾ cup vegetable oil
* 1 cup castor sugar
* 4 tablespoons Greek Yogurt
* ⅓ cup chocolate chips
For chocolate glaze
* 1 cup (175 gms) dark chocolate, chopped
* 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Made this cake with the following replacements and results still came out amazing!!!😋 Used atta instead of maida Used avocado oil instead of veg oil Used powdered mishri instead of sugar Added some walnuts too.

I made this loaf and let me tell y’all, this is the best eggless dense loaf I ever had! My family and friends absolutely loved it 😋 I feel that coffee enhances the flavour of chocolate, so I replaced 4tbsps of yogurt with 3tbsp of yogurt + 1 tsp of instant coffee mixed with 1 tbsp of milk. Definitely give this recipe a try!
