EGGLESS LEMON TEA CAKE | Moist and delicious

LEMON OLIVE OIL CAKE
1 tbsp lemon zest
3/4 cup castor sugar
1/4 cup EV olive oil
1/4 cup apple puree
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp loom juice
1/2 tsp vanilla
110 g maida
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
For the glaze-
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp icing sugar
Bake at 170 degrees for 30-40 mins or until done!
