EGGLESS TIRAMISU CAKE | EASY TIRAMISU CAKE RECIPE | WITHOUT LADYFINGER BISCUIT AND MASCARPONE CHEESE
~Ingredients~
Cake tin used- 8"x8" square cake tin
Measuring cup- 200ml
Rusk- 12-15 big sized
Amul fresh cream- 250ml
Whipping cream- 1 cup
Sugar powder- 2 tbsp
Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
For Coffee Decoction
Instant coffee powder- 2 tsp
Sugar- 1 tbsp
Hot water- 1 cup
Cocoa powder and grated chocolate for garnishing

Whipping cream gets stiff when beaten using whisk or beater. Normal cream doesn't get stiff also it has some watery content in it.

Tried this! But the cream was less though I used an 8x 8” cake bowl as mentioned in the video. The coffee proportion can be increased as the flavour was really mild. The lemon in the mascarpone cheese gave a tangy flavour. Any way in which this can be reduced?
