Dr. Eggman also lost to Sonic in 8 bit versions of Sonic 1 and 2, the Sonic & Tails games, Sonic Blast, Sonic Pocket Adventure, the Sonic Advance games, the Sonic Rush games, Sonic Spinball, Sonic 3D Blast, the Sonic Arcade titles, Sonic Labyrinth, the Mario & Sonic at the Vancouver DS, London and Rio 3DS and the Tokyo Olympics and probably more

Dr. Eggman has only won (beaten Sonic) in two games: 1. Sonic Riders (but that was all for nothing since all he's achieved from this was a regular carpet 2. Sonic Forces (but Sonic has managed to defeat him again and take back the planet from him) I was gonna the Sonic Drift games and Sonic R but that would've been debatable considering there's no clear winner

Actually in games sadly wins probably just 2x times but i know about one case. In Sonic Boom (episode where he lives together with Sonic Team) he managed to win multiple times at board game against Sonic and Tails - not every victory must lead to domination and genocides 😉
