Hi Chef Parnell, Now this is a recipe that I will sure enjoy myself and not worry if family will, lol!😊 I’ll love having leftovers, yummy. In fact, yesterday I made fried eggplant to make eggplant parmigiana and if I only waited…..but that’s ok because I have a recipe like I said for me to enjoy a few times.😊 Thanks a million for sharing with us.
