Does anyone else find it strange that Ozzy knows what the scientific name is for his kind, while all the others just go by simplistic words for identification? Either Ozzy is smarter than we think he is, has the possibility to look into the future Or they chose the name because it bounces along with the lyrics. Ozzy just wants to preserve the natural balance, with a lack of a large predators in the great valley the population needs to be in check which can be provided by eating eggs. If the herbivore population overwhelms the place then there's no plants which causes mass death, that's why Ozzy is so obesssed with eggs and is trying to get his brother Strut to eat more eggs.
