Hi when ever i play ranked i try to calm down and stuff and breathe and stuff. But no matter what i do i start to sweat and shake. Any tips to keep as calm as you whilst you are playing ranked. I understand that it doesn't matter if you win or lose because if you lose you can just keep playing until you over come the obstacles get better and win. But even with this realisation I still get way to stressed. Any help would be appreciated.
