I had my tubes I thought clamped later found it they were removed. Would I have to have eggs removed or could I just have the sperm put into my uterus?

Hi doctor Aimee ,is it possible if u have multiple babies and tie my tubes with the last child who is going on 3 but wen I did it ,was an emergency C-section to save the baby, but I thought I was with mister right then I met someone who has now children and from wat the doctor say I'm very fertile and my husband to be wants 1 or 2 or twins because he is the only child for his parents and he don't want to leave me but for us to see every possible means and I'm 37 is it to late ,wat can I do I'm so confused and don't want to give up

I have my tubes tied it's not burning or Todd it's been clipped it's been tight it's been tied by rubber bands but I still be able to get pregnant by IVF
