Never understood why Shuma gorath, Blackheart and Omega Red made the cut, not that I'm complaining cause they were my faves

Shuma gorath already had a sprite made from the original marvel super heroes and Capcom wanted Shuma in due to Japan's fascination with tentacles. Same with Omega red with reusing a sprite but from xmen children of the atom. Except he was actually a fan favorite back in the day. As he was one of Wolverines most popular villains. Comparable to Sabretooth.
