I think it's absolutely okay for any gender to enjoy girly things! I know some guys, masculine and feminine, who like playing female characters, "girly" games, or enjoy pink magical girl things. I think even if it has an "egirl aesthetic" label, everyone should enjoy it without judgement😄💞

An egirl techncially means "electronic girl," but typically it's associated with girls who are online, enjoy video games, girly things, cosplay, makeup/fashion. Some people use the term proudly and some use it to put down women to discredit them. In my opinion, it shouldn't mean anything bad and it's a fun and cute aesthetic and subculture!
