That's curious; my EGO polesaw has been laying on it's side for over six months full of oil with no leakage.

Yeah, mine doesn’t seem to the oil even when in use! Seriously, I’ve cleaned the oil port, tried lower viscosity oil but it just doesn’t want to “auto oil” at all. I’m constantly oiling the damn chain & bar before each cut.
