Hey brother I watch many many audit videos and just the fact that you always remain very respectful is so amazing. It pisses me off how some auditors disrespect government workers although at times it is warranted, it is very annoying. Just want to give you props on that brother I appreciate your channel and enjoy your videos very much! God bless! 🙏🏾

The FORD HEFFAR needs some schooling immediately and so does her ducklings!!!! I ADMIRE HOW VERY VERY HUMBLE AND PATIENT YOU ARE EVEN WHEN THEY THINK THAT YOU BETTER LET THEM TALK AND BETTER LISTEN AND NOT SPEAK AT ALL 🤦🤷🤔 REALLY??? You are the only one I watch because you are always respectful. I can't stand those who are so disrespectful it takes away from what they are trying to prove. I'm sure your mom is proud of how she raised you. Thank you for showing you can do this and still make your point without disrespecting people.

Hi James, my name is Lourdes. I live in Georgia, and I really appreciate how professional you are in how you handle your interactions with public servants, being police or workers. I agree that people should not be considered as customers. They should be considered as clients if they're going to apply for a long-time service. A customer is someone who is going to pay you for a service, which is usually not the case in most public services. Thanks again for being a great auditor. 👍

You are correct. They should be referred to as "clients" and not "customers". Customers implies they are selling products to them instead of providing services.

It's DISRESPECTFUL for these fools to refer to the public as CUSTOMERS. Sounds like they perceive the general public of only having worth if these public servants are making money off of them..

Firstly when one thinks of the word "costumer" one would think of a business or a store from which to buy goods. I agree with you to your point about Alycia. Alycia turned out to be pleasantly polite. Now I want to say this right now I'm about to go in on that ford lady who kept trying to escalate at every turn with her rectangular mailbox shape its a few more thing I want to say but I digress, out of respect for this channel and the T.T.A Family!!! Another job well done sir, Another job well done indeed!!!💯🦾

First, my admiration for an intelligent, educated, well- informed man who is not only exposing these “law breakers” but standing also in the gap for the American public!!New subscriber here.. and I’m hooked!! Already sharing this channel with everyone I know!!! As for Ms. Ford; I cringed every time she referred to the ‘clients’ who are there for assistance as “customers”!!! (Immediately knew I wasn’t crazy when James called her out on it)… The Department of Human Services should demote this woman or terminate her altogether!! And right before our eyes ‘Alicia’ had to go against carrying out her most reasonable, legal duty because she knew Ms. Ford would have her replaced by the days end!! Yes.. they control, manipulate and infringe on ppl’s basic, civil rights! The worst of it because people there need help.. That’s like ‘kicking a man when he’s down’.. All in the name of power.. As if to break a man’s leg and then blame him for limping!! Made me literally sick 🤢 Thank you sir for your most diligent service! Salute.

Outstanding audit. Things can go left when dealing with certain personality types. The security guard displayed better temperament, social skills, and overall intellectual capacity than the administrator of the building, which is wild but I genuinely hope that the Administrator does some self reflecting after she watches her behavior from a different angle. Good stuff.
