EGR OFF to PSG16

Hi, What is the polarity of PIN28 from conector B, positive or negative? I'm going to read the PSG16 with MPPSv21 from my Frontera and i'm confused about this PIN, because if this PIN28 goes to the relay, and there is another positive in this relay's resistence, I think this PIN28 is negative one, but schema says with the red colour that it's positive. I don't understand. Can you help me please? Ty

Pin 28 is controlled by the processor. When the processor connects that pin to the GND the relay is ON supplying pins 51 and 55. When the ignition switch is off the processor can still supply the voltage to pins 51 and 55 for some time in case there is still some communication in progress.
