Of course there was changes. I'm able to listen to this sound longer without losing my focus, which in fact improved my concentration, temper, and my performance under pressure. I am a boxer/fighter, and there is more to training than just working your muscles to exhaustion. Also it's very reliving to listen to after a tough day at work or just during the hard days. I recommend you train your mind to listen to this without having your mind wander off or falling asleep. Peace.

Sound propagates best through water. I give reiki with intention to a glass of water, then set it next to a speaker while I play Andreas sound healing. The sound propagates the reiki in the water throughout the whole room and into my body while I meditate and then I drink the water full of all that sound infused reiki when my meditation is finished. If you aren’t attuned to reiki, you can hold a glass of water with both hands and place an intention in it through your hands. State the intention out loud then hold it until you feel the urge to let it go.
