@@ILoveCookiees Hi Savannah; is there a chance you could share what notes the scale is composed of? I have some bamboo and would like to make a flute; the sound that comes out of the one in the video is so emotional.

Nice. I purchased a dark stained one two years ago. I play it in the lower ranges and just let the notes come, while I concentrate on my breathing and allow the flute play me. Erik makes some fine instruments.

so blowing softly and slowly brings a lower octave and strongly and quickly brings the upper octave. amazing, i just got my flute and managed to get the low ocrave sound and unintentionally made the higher octave sound.

Hi ... Love from India! ۔.. I got the Egyptian and Arabian flutes from Erik apart from a bamboo sax. And they are great. Line you I am not really a flute player but I love his instruments. God bless.

Hey I'm just curious about something Could you possibly tell me what the diameter of the flute and the inside hole is? Aswell as the spacing between the holes? I have always wanted to make a flute like this one but I can't find any reliable sources on what exactly makes the sound so different from other flutes It obviously has to do with the length and material used But also with the thickness and inside diameter So any information will be appreciated
@reilee57952 жыл бұрын
***I play the c western and alto, I suggest that you keep your left picky at rest on the flute instead of low and bent (talking about the first few bars of the piece you played), it will keep less tension and helps not get your finger stressed, also, it helps with an overall balance of the flute; especially when you use less fingers.
