This music urges me to do a shaking meditation. My body is all restless, and as soon as I give in my lower back, pelvis and hips crack and I feel more space to move those parts. My favourite yoga teacher has a room where she gives intuitive healing sessions filled with Egyptian symbols, she often organizes retreats to Egypt, she is the first person who taught me about the shaking meditation, and she gives workshops about the psoas muscle (the area that is now cracking).
