Masjid Ayesha is not meeqat . It is just end of haram boundary area for pilgrims who are doing second umrah . You should have gone to nearest meeqat which is in Taif and make intention of umrah . Anyways now you can sacrifice sheep on behalf of each one of you in Makkah . There are some organizations in makkah where you just have to pay online for qurbani and they will do it on your behalf .

Are you sure masjid e Aisha is one of the designated Miqat? May be I should search more about it and other people who are coming also do research before coming because according to my "naaqis" knowledge masjid e Aisha is Miqat for Makkah muqeemeens (residents) or for those outsiders who want to do a second umrah.
