Assalamoalaikum Appko bhi Boht boht Eid Mubarak. Special love and Mubarak to dear Shireen Apa too. The way I make shirkhurma is very easy and quick I take a big non stick vessel and fry the nuts and vermicelli in little ghee. Then I add full fat milk and let it boil for few minutes. Then I add condensed milk, vanilla essence and cardamom powder and keep boiling on medium flame until desired consistency is reached. Sometimes I make it with saffron and I skip vanilla essence. Sometimes I add rose water and rllaichi for flavoring So basic method is same but I make different flavors. Thanks for sharing your recipe. Will give it a try.

Assalamualaikum Sumera Eid Mubarak to you all. I have a question about frozen puris. I want to freeze them after rolling them so is it ok if I use wax paper or parchment paper to stack them separately on one sheet and freeze them or put it in the fridge if I want to use them next day please answer my question as I have a party on this coming Saturday and I’m make halwa, aloo and Chana with puris inshaallah.
