Marag is a meat soup serve as starter with hyderabadi naan in hyderabadi functions, it's inspired by arabian meat soup so it's mild in taste full of flavours with juicey soft meat pieces, do try it out for Eid Ul Azha Recipes
Ingredients
Oil 1/2 cup
Onion 1
Eilachi 4
Cloves 4
Shah zeera 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon stick 1 inch
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
Salt as taste
Green chillies 6 to 7
Beef /Mutton 1 kg
Almonds Cashews pista 100 gm
Milk 1 1/2 cup
Curd 1/2 cup
Black pepper powder 2 tsp
Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
Ghee 2 tsp
Malai 2 tbs
