I usually never comment but here’s my theory, it’s stated that each member of Kara has been modified by Amado the only way eida and daemon could’ve been put in that pod is via the means of a implanted shut down code I am also sure one was also planted in CODE body essentially making Amado the most powerful person in the leaf.

Yes that makes total senses. Amando is playing chess and controlling all the pieces not my force but by somehow implanting some motives.

The pacing was good actually... no useless padding and ending on Eida just meeting the karma bros... Also, Eida is a meaningful chatacter for the arc too, given that she was introduced right at the start... so having the start of her event be treated like something minor, really wouldn't have been fitting... Should this mission actually last long, then she can be treated like a minor thing, for one chapter or 2, waiting for the right moment, narrative wise. And if anything, it would be silly to expect the anime to "flesh out" the events more... since not only the anime can fook up, but by the time of the Kawaki arc it really didn't add anything important... it only gave more screentime to the inners, and a couple of fundamentally useless fillers, and as for the rest it was just as fast paced as the manga counterpart... so it's unlikely that they would change much for when this arc will come...

Im speaking more on the short term of the manga than the long term. For example the beginning of the code arc going back to it now was actually solid, yet people complained when it was going through due to how slow it was. Yes the slower paced speed may be better long term for the manga but as current viewers it is a pain to go through. The kawaki arc did not face this problem, yes there were gaps in the story and characters weren't explored enough, but i thought that the anime taking care of that was perfectly fine, since i believe both the anime and manga were meant to co-exist with each other. You were never going to get the full story of boruto unless you watched the anime for that extra content and i liked that. It gave manga readers a reason to watch besides heavy climax moments. Eida's problem just lies in her character overall, it is not interesting in the slightest and is just to overwhelming. Not to mention she's an adult feasting on a child (notice how she is drinking at the start of this code arc) I understand she wants true love and can't get it which sucks so i respect her wishes but it all feels like something the anime would cook up in a non manga arc. Code easily surpasses her as a character and im not even the biggest fan of him, but i like him way more I do think moving forward however the manga is going to have many great chapters since were finally getting to the heat of things, but personally i would have much rather enjoyed this arc if it was moving at the same speed as the kawaki arc and all these unnecessary moments like mitsuki pointing out how sarada likes boruto could be moved to the anime instead of wasting panels. And lastly i heavily disagree with the anime messing up the extra bits, when it comes to the manga the anime does a crazy good job of adapting. There are some questionable parts but its really like 90/10 in terms of great to bad.

@@chosen713 Fair enough... But in regard of the anime, I didn't meant that it messes up the extra bits specifically. Just that it can mess up in general (cough like for everything post Isshiki). AND, that what it added in regards of the Kawaki arc wasn't extremely important... it was just extra screentime forr the inners and a couple of filler episodes... nothing like a detail like why are the goddies doing x, which is what you were suggesting in the video, when saying that the mission debriefing could have been shown only in the anime (thus leaving the detail of why Konoha did what it did in this chapter basically a mystery).

@@a.liguria2698 From what i understand this new mission shikimaru came up with was very smart, im not denying that, but at the end of the day how signficant is it really to the story? It's nothing more then a placeholder for those 4 characters until code comes in which is pretty obviously going to happen once amado finishes explaining everything. What's important during this new mission is not the mission itself but amado speaking with shikimaru and naruto about eida, daemon and kawaki. Like i said putting those 4 in a room together is just a place holder, its not what's important at all for these next few chapters. It wouldn't be any different if hinata and himawari moved in with hanabi while those 4 lived at naruto's house, the location didn't really matter. That's why i said this location or even the mission itself isn't serious to the plot, its just a place to keep them at bay until amado finishes explaining everything to which code will most likely make his appearence afterwards regardless. The anime could have easily covered chapter 73 for us while maybe a quarter of a chapter could be shikimaru or naruto stating that boruto and kawaki would keep eida company until they cam figure out what to do with them as they speak to amado.

@@chosen713 Beware... you are assuming that it ultimely isn't important at all... when for all we know, Eida and Daemon may stay there for longer. I myself hope not, but you never know... they may use this set up to develop them, thus they will actually stay, and it's not like Code would be too much a problem for Daemon as of now. Lastly, no, the anime would have never done that... to add such details over event x from the manga events proper... if this event was to be that simple, then in both medias it would have been presented as such, that's what I was trying to tell you in regards of what could have been done. After all, there is no need to make x look more complicated that it is, and in fact, I can tell you at least 2 cases where they tried to add stuff out of the blue in scenes not strictly from the manga, but with the result that the info blatanly contradicts the manga. I hope you can see the point now.
