(wiki) Naoki Eiga (栄花直輝 Eiga Naoki, born 1967) is a Japanese kendoka who in 2000 won the individual event at World Kendo Championship (WKC) as well as the highest title in Kendo: All Japan Kendo Champion. (my opinion) In that regard, his rank is not that relevant, especially since it takes so long between ranks. Time is the only thing he needs to reach the highest rank (what he did as of 2013) and when he does, he'll still be among the very best.

The guy with his men stopped his cuts before the head and the guy without men ducked several times, which is dishonorable, therefore there is only a hollow zanshin boost. This whole thing is bad for the sport, wear all of your armor, you fool-hearty buffoon, or kids will get the idea that they can spar full speed without most of their armor.
